ENG Here we go again, just two last posts and I am done torturing you and myself with photos from Egypt. Oh, I miss it so much!As for today it is all about our amazing hotel. And no, nobody paid me for this..
Finding a perfect hotel has been a huge fight. I don’t actually need that much luxury if I’m going on vacation without my parents but this time it was about relax and lets say, good life. What we do care about is food as we are really, really picky, clean room, especially the bathroom and a pool. Seriously! I don’t stay at hotels that don’t have a pool. I just need my morning and evening swim while being away.
Egypt was not even our first choice. We searched for Tunisia, Turkey and all the countries that are not too far away, have a good weather though. It all took us maybe one month, yes one month! How come I always say I’m such a spontaneous girl, huh?
In the end we had to make a decision because we were giving up on our trip at some moments and decided to go to Hurghada and for that chose the Jaz Bluemarine hotel – one of the best decisions ever! I’m telling you.
Right at the ouset the stuff welcomed us with such great hospitality and drinks which would be the better and more important part. Our hotel had 18(!!!) pools and by that I mean enough space for everybody! Each pool had a bar where you could get snacks and drinks, or in our case the drinks came to us by themselves. We had the choice between relaxing pool, active pool or one of the aqua-parks. Our favorite was definitely the relaxing pool with loungers inside of it. That was perfect for hot days! We also spent a lot of time by the active pool as we loved the animation team of our hotel. Big hugs to them!
Now, the love of my life – FOOOOOD! I already mentioned that we are way too picky. We ate just pasta for some days because we were afraid of trying something else. Shame on us. The hotel had 5 other restaurants we could use – here again out favorite was the Italian one. I can’t tell you that much about the food but from what I’ve heard other people really loved it!
Jaz Bluemarine has definitely more positive than negative aspects. The only one negative is the beach. You have to be lucky to catch a moment where the sea is actually there. In other case it takes like 20 minutes to walk in ankle-deep water to get a little bit deeper. Next to the beach is a lagoon. My problem with that was on the one hand the dirt and on the other hand the jellyfish. Just hate them!
This hotel is not for people looking for a sea vacation only. For us, as we love being by the poolside it was perfect! Overall I was and am totally happy about our choice and will return back soon, pretty soon.

DE Los gehts, noch zwei letzte Posts und dann höre ich auf, euch und mich selbst mit Ägyten zu qäulen. Och, wie Ägypten vermisse!
Heute dreht sich alles rund um unser Hotel. Und nein, keiner hat mich dafür bezahlt..
Das perfekte Hotel zu finden war ein großer Kampf. Ich brauche eigentlich nicht allzu viel Luxus, wenn ich ohne meine Eltern in den Urlaub fahre, jedoch dieses Mal ging es um Entspannung und sagen wir es mal so: gutes Leben. Was für uns wichtig ist, ist Essen und da sind wir wirklich sehr, sehr wählerisch, ein sauberes Zimmer, vor allem das Badezimmer und ein Pool! Ja, ernsthaft. Ein Pool ist für mich ein Muss! Ich brauche einfach immer eine Schwimmrunde morgens und abends, wenn ich weg bin.
Ägypten war gar nicht unsere erste Wahl. Wir haben nach Tunesien, Türkei und allen möglichen Ländern gesucht, die nicht viel zu weit weg sind und trotzdem gutes Wetter haben (so um die 28°C und mehr). Es hat einen Monat gedauert bis wir fündig wurden. Wie wage ich es überhaupt mich spontan zu nennen, ha?
Letzten Endes mussten wir uns entscheiden, da wir den Urlaub fast aufgegeben haben. Unsere Wahl, wie unschwer zu erkennen, fiel auf Hurghada und das Jaz Bluemarine – beste Entscheidung überhaupt! Ich sag’s euch!
Schon am Anfang wurden wir mit unglaublicher Gastfreundlichkeit und Drinks, was wohl der wichtigere Punkt ist, begrüßt. Unser Hotel hatte 18(!!!) Pools und somit genügend Platz für jeden. Jeder Pool hatte eine Bar, wo man Snacks und Getränke bekommen hat. Oder wie in unserem Fall, die Getränke kamen zu uns. Auswählen konnten wir zwischen dem relaxing Pool, active Pool oder einen von vielen Aquaparks. Unser Favorit: relaxing Pool mit den Liegen im Pool! Perfekt! Viel Zeit hatten wir auch bei dem active Pool verbracht, da wir das Animationsteam so lieb hatten. Große Umarmung an sie!
Nun jetzt, meine große Liebe- ESSSSSEN! Wie ich bereits geschrieben habe, sind wir sehr wählerisch. Somit verbrachten wir ein paar Tage nur mit Pasta (superlecker!). Wir hatten einfach Angst was anderes auszuprobieren. Dafür sollten wir uns schämen. Zur Wahl standen uns noch 5 weitere Restaurants und Überraschung, Überrschung- wir haben uns für den Italiener entschieden. So viel kann ich über das Essen doch nicht berichten, aber alle anderen Leute in dem Hotel fanden es super!
Jaz Bluemarine hat mehr positive als negative Seiten. Die einzige negative für mich war der Strand. Man muss viel Glück haben, damit man das Wasser erwischt. Sonst dauert es um die 20 Minuten im knöchelhochen Wasser bis man etwas tieferes Meer erreicht. Neben dem Strand war jedoch eine Lagune, wo man baden konnte. Ich selbst habe mich nicht getraut. Grund: Dreck und Quallen (tote, aber immerhin da).
Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht für Leute, die nur einen Badeurlaub suchen. Für uns, da wir es lieben am Pool zu liegen, war es perfekt. Im Goßen und Ganzen bin ich mit unserer Entscheidung mehr als glücklich und werde bald, ganz bald wiederkommen!

Der Lippenstift sieht echt klasse an dir aus :) Sollte ich nächstes oder übernächstes Jahr dann mal nach Ägypten kommen, werde ich mir auf jeden Fall vorher das Hotel ansehen ;) :)
